In-person sessions at 41 Durham St, Fairmount. Both shorter-term, focused work and longer-term therapy are available.

One-on-one sessions addressing specific individual difficulties.

Addressing school difficulties, peer pressure, friendship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, identity difficulties, and more.
Anxiety, depression & mood disorders
Anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and bipolar mood disorders. I work with a range of emotional and mental health difficulties and disorders.
Trauma
I work with single-incident traumas as well as chronic traumas, such as sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.
Grief
I work with many different losses individuals may experience in their lives, such as the loss of a loved one or the loss of identity.
Neuropsychological difficulties & pain
A special interest in neuropsychological disorders such as traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, strokes, and other neurological conditions, and their effect on daily life.
Relationship & family difficulties
Recurring patterns in relationships with partners, family members, or colleagues.
Life transitions & chronic stress
Major life change, ongoing stress, and the adjustment that comes with either.
