Relationship & family difficulties

Recurring patterns, worked through individually.

Difficulties with a partner, family member, or colleague often follow patterns that repeat — the same kind of conflict, the same sense of not being heard, the same difficulty setting a boundary. This is individual therapy, working with you on your side of those patterns: what triggers them, what keeps them going, and what might shift.

This isn't couples or family therapy in the sense of everyone being in the room together — it's a space for you to understand and work through what's happening in your relationships, which can meaningfully change how those relationships feel even when only you are in the process.

This work often overlaps with life transitions (a new relationship, a separation, becoming a parent) and with longer-standing anxiety or mood difficulties that show up most clearly in close relationships.
