Individual therapy for adults
One-on-one sessions addressing the specific difficulty that's brought you to therapy.
Adults come to therapy for all kinds of reasons: a specific difficulty they want help with, or simply a sense that something needs attention that they can't quite name yet. There's no minimum problem size — you don't need to be in crisis to benefit from having a dedicated, confidential space to think something through.
Sessions are one-on-one and paced around what's useful for you. Some people want focused, shorter-term work on a specific issue; others want a longer process. Both are available, and the approach is integrative — drawn from whichever techniques suit what you're working through, rather than a single fixed method applied regardless of fit.
Common reasons adults come to therapy here include anxiety, depression, and mood difficulties, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family difficulties, and life transitions and chronic stress.
