Negative thinking

How often do you think negatively? If the answer is often, then you may need a change. Negativenegative thinking thinking can lead to feeling anxious and depressed. Your thinking impacts on your emotions which in turn impacts on your behaviour. Negative thoughts can affect your ability to deal with problems, to cope and find appropriate solutions. They can prevent you from moving forward and achieving your goals.
It is often difficult to change your thoughts. In order to do this you need to be aware of them and to monitor them. Writing them down can be helpful. When you have written down your thoughts, you will see that you have a few that come up frequently. These negative thoughts need to be worked on and replaced with more positive thoughts.
